You recall that 1st Miracle is a Canadian firm according to Capitalism. Individuals can short BB stocks through Canadian brokerage firms. As to what evidence I have that this stock is being shorted? I have posted what I know on the subject. The stock has dropped precipitously over the last couple of months. Mr. Santucci made a direct statement to me that there is a lot of shorting of the stock. I suggest you call Norm Santucci at Alexander, Westcott at 1-800-713-3768 and inform him of his error
