I appreciate your confirmation that I understood your position reasonably -- one of the tasks I used to assign my debate students in the days I was a teacher was to require them to state their opponent's position, then ask the opponent if they had done a fair job of the presentation. Was interesting and, I think, productive of rational thinkers. However, I was disappointed that you spoiled a positive, reasonable, and constructive post with your "white sheeted" accusation. However others on this thread may feel, I have more respect for participants who argue ideas and issues instead of namecalling, and hope in future we can dialog without stooping to that level.
