For an .08 cent stock, the volume wasn't very high. Only represented 13 trades made today.

Don't see any indication of much developing.

Any company can say they want to be a reporting company. Actually getting the paper work done, however, and meeting all the requirements is a horse of another color. Reminds me of DGIV and GNNX. Still waiting for them to reach their "fully reporting" status they promised months back.
