I don't think one T-3 is going to be enough. They aren't that expensive. I think when I was running a Telecom Dept. for a division of the old Singer Corp. I paid perhaps $600 a month for each T-1. But we only have a few thousand people and we needed around a dozen interplant and more OutBound.

Occasionally I would test them by going into the switch and de-coupling one. So I know how many we needed.

So one T-3 for the entire trading community that wishes to have access sounds like an underdesign.
