Well here's a real scary situation I just discovered with NDB. Back around Feb 16 I cancelled a "sell" order of 5K ISONW @ 6.25 A week or so later I noticed my "cancel sell" was still "pending approval." I emailed them to request they correct this. I had gone ahead and changed the sell to another price. Long story short, I just discovered my "sell" @ 6.25 went through and I am now short 5000 ISON warrants which have subsequently risen! I will call them at 8 AM tomorrow and I sympathize with the poor soul on the receiving end of my call tomorrow! I will make a major issue of this with them if they do not make amends. Too bad, up until a month ago I was pleased as punch with NDB. I did speak with someone at cust svc last week. They are installing new software and doubling cust svc personnel, but it will take some time to absorb all the change, I was told. Max
