Northforce, other companies in close proximity to Ranger (Fort Liard) include Ocelot Energy (not sure of their partners) and Purcell Energy.

Purcell is a little company and they farmed out exploration to a major (I believe it may be Chevron). They have already completed the seismic and intend to start drilling in the summer of 98. Purcell has one capped gas well on their property which is expected to produce around 8-10 MMCF/D once new wells are discovered and put on stream.

Does anyone know if Ranger can get some of their costs back from the CND government for exploring in the Northern Regions. I was reading somewhere that they may be entitled to something ?

Cheers and good investing
