Introduction Market Data Compact
S.E.C. shows T.A.L. Investment Company Ltd. as having beneficial interest in 9.5 million shares of Ranger (9.7%) while other large investors, funds etc own 32%. Combined volume on three exchanges has risen singnificantly in past weeks. Company seems to have no immediate drilling plays of significance. Does anyone know something about T.A.L. or why Ranger could be of interest?
