What about the shiaa militias. You dont think that backed by 80% of the population they could take out al quaeda? They could take them out in Baghdad, and make it sure by expelling all the Sunnis. They couldn't remove all the Sunnis from al Anbar and other Sunni provinces, and the Sunnis would have to welcome aq as their protector if the Americans left.
