Jules,

>>With Intel reporting that revenues will be up more than 5% this quater, and demand for Intel's Pentiums at record levels, and PTEC recently announcing particapation with INTC in the "Manaaged PC Network", and windfall profits for PTEC from the recent sale of Xionic's IPO,
WHY ISN'T PTEC SELLING AT A MUCH HIGHER PRICE?
What Am I missing?

The problem with this undiscover jewel is that it is totally under followed! You speak of the excellent news from the Xionics sale for example.

Do you realize that the value of this company went up 28 million dollars this week? That's about $1.60 per share! The N.Y. Times, Wallstreet Journal, nor Investors daily carried the story! NOT ONE PUBLICATION that I looked at could you find the story. Did you see it published anywhere?

This stock is the under followed story of the year!
No one is doing the math on what the heck we have here. The biggest new customers of the year DELL & INTC have been going like gangbusters! This company will have 60 million in cash by the end of the year! The entire company is valued at $292,000,000 with todays close! 20% of it's value is in cash! Another 20 million vlaue has been added with the Xionics offering. In other words 27% of it's value is in cash and securities!

If this stock does not get moving soon it will become a takeover candidate. Keep the faith.
