I also think Repap is a buy now because of its low price. First, if
the takeover is o.k., that means I can get some Avenor shares at
discount and the long term is also good. Second, if the takeover does
not proceed, I still get Repap's share at a price which is below the
book value (if you get it below $4.55). For the past year, most
articles I read said Repap was in trouble because of its debt BUT
the long-term is still good.

So, no matter it is for short term or long term, I think Repap is a
buy now (around $3.90).

Any other opinion (good or bad)?
