Avenor is proposiing to buyout Repap in a share swap. One newly created Avenor common for 4.25 Repap shares. The current stock price of Repap $3.90 X 4.25 = $16.58 . Avenor is trading over $20. Does the price differential indicate the shareholders might vote against this deal ? When will this be put to a vote since the takeover to my knowledge is supposed to happen the end of February?

Wes
