Raimondas, Sounds like you should have started this thread.... You certainly have a handle on what is going on here. Best I can see is approx. 6.5 mil. outstanding, unless "warrants" (unknown #) are exercised... In speaking (serval weeks ago) with both DYMO and ESI, sounds like positive plans for growth after merger, however they would not say much more if anything... I was just hoping on getting some feedback from others on this stock and see what we might do to help one another...
