Gary, I'm another new shareholder. This one looks like it could be fun. Per Mark @ Investor Relations, 10M shares outstanding today & 25M by mid-April. That's the downside - about a $300M cap w/18-20 employees (although I'll bet they grow in a hurry). The upside is unbelievable (IMHO). Orion's web site orion2000.com is impressive to say the least. Some of the many points of interest (apologies if you've already mentioned): January Canada Trade Mission: Attended by Prime Minister Jean Chretian & Premier Glen Clark. Orion signed $10M agreement w/Korea Technology Banking Corp. " " $10M memorandum of understanding w/Industrial Finance Corp. of Thailand. Orion signed agreements w/nine members of the Association of Development Financing Institutions in Asia and the Pacific (ADFIAP) for a $65M project. The 5.7M borrowers have average loan of $32-$35K (different #'s in different releases). That's between $180-$200B in loans. Lotsa bucks. All agreements split 50-50 between ADFIAP & Orion/GOAE. Read somewhere that the ADFIAP secretariat will receive 25% of Orion's share. From the Vancouver Sun: <<To win the contract, Orion put together a proposal using almost entirely Canadian technology that beat out IBM and Microsoft.>> As mentioned in the releases, 20.7M total clients @ only 1 transaction per year = $248.4M. GOAE has only been trading since 02/18/97. Trading pretty light - range of 10K-70K daily. Today, 47K shares. Of these, 2 @ 10K each & 1 @ 20K - almost dead otherwise. Talk about "undiscovered"! Well, I bought my ticket. Let's see where this train is going. David
