Thanks for your reponse, Brad. I talked to the company and was told that Morgan Guarantee has formally agreed to finance the deal after a complete due diligence. I believe this agreement might be legally binding. However, I assume there is always an area of doubt until the deal is done. If you have any other insights or suggestions concerning arbitrage plays, I welcome them. Thanks again.
