U.S. Industrial Services, Inc., Completes Agreements to Acquire International Fidelity Holding Corp.
HOUSTON, July 1 /PRNewswire/ -- U.S. Industrial Services, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: USIS - news) announced today that it has signed
a definitive agreement to acquire International Fidelity Holdings Corp., a sixteen year-old reinsurance company based in Dallas, Texas, subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals.
Commenting on this strategic move by USIS, Chairman and CEO David Norris stated, ''The acquisition of International Fidelity is the company's entry into the insurance and financial service industry. International Fidelity gives the company the foundation to acquire other financial service companies in the immediate future.'' Mr. Norris also stated that ''the company will be seeking shareholder approval for the acquisition and a name change to InterStar Group, Inc. in the coming month.''
