USIS divested its formerly owned subsidiaries, JL Manta and P.W. Stephens. According to recent news, USIS seeks to join the fledgling insurance industry.

Recently they announced the intent to buy a insurance company, which is currently owned by UniStar. Along with the proposed acquisition, a name change to Interstar will be made. ...
