Jim, I bought today 500@ 3 1/16. According to first call estimates they will earn .49/share for fiscal 97. At the dow average P/E of 18.08 this would translate into NATL being almost 9 dollars a share. The interesting part of this company is the telephone testing side. What do you think and good luck? Erik
