Introduction Compact

Interesting micro cap. Former defense avionics firm making the switch. After poor 95 will earn .15 to .20 this year and est in the high .30's to .40 in 97. Has three institutional investors. Margins are increasing as are sales. Cash is a problem and debt is too, but it has shown the ability to raise $$ ($8.5 mil private placement this year)

Closed at 3 5/8 today(near 52 week high).
