PRWT is doing everything a penny stock should. There's a rather strange interpretation. I think that penny stocks should be made to report, if you are asking what I think they should do. But as we know John Schmitz has thumbed his nose at reporting, by saying that he doesn't have to, so he won't. This is not what people with nothing to hide say. Nice palindrome don't you think?
