The reason all of the e-tailers (DCLK included) are on fire is because these companies represent the next wave in productivity for Corporate America. People think this bullmarket is about interest rates. Well, guess what?--the real keyword is "productivity".

Here is the kicker:
Revenue PER employee being generated in the Internet channel is TWICE that of the traditional channels like direct mail.

Can you say productivity? :-)

The role that Doubleclick will play is to help syndicate the buying and selling in this highly productive medium. DCLK helps sellers find buyers . This company should be a core holding for anybody with a time horizon longer than 2 years who believes that E-commerce will become a profound reality.
