It delivers ads to more than 60 sites, including the AltaVista search engine (about 43% of sales) and USA Today. DoubleClick has delivered ads online for such clients as Microsoft (about 10% of sales), AT&T, and IBM. DoubleClick has operations in Asia, Australia, Canada, Europe, Latin America, and the US."

Scheduled for IPO the week of 2/17/98.
