Companies are permitted more time by the SEC to prepare their annual report (10K) which is filed in lieu of a 4th quarter report (10Q). Last year WPEC filed on October 29. AUGI filed an extension request on October 30, and filed the actual report on November 13. So, as of now neither AUGI nor WPEC is late in its filing.

Considering that WPEC's results were diminished last quarter, purportedly due to El-Nino rainfall effects, and that the following season has been quite dry (hospitable to construction work). One _should_ expect WPEC financials to be back on track. Nevertheless, their stock is not performing well...
