Augi sold National O'Ring and Stillman Seal subsidiary for 24.5 mil
on 1-19-96. Purchased software developer Connectsoft, Inc. (founded by
Mitchell London, formerly of MFST) on 5-6-96. Connectsoft developes an
integrated array of applications software, and offers dial-up and high-
band-width internet access services, along with award winning e-mail
software.
Augi owns 56% of Western Power & Equipment Corp.(WPEC). Leading
distributor of Case Corporation and other const. and industrial equip.
Augi has 23 mil in cash and will be looking to acquire companies with
the potential for strong upside growth nearterm.
Only 5.6 mil shares outstanding. 3rd qtr ended 4-30-96.
