I won't dispute that the CLL share price could very well be much higher than it is. It could. And maybe it should. But it is not. I am only speaking about reality not the hypothetical here.

For example, lets assume that someone comes along Monday morning and offers the CLL shareholders $4.50 per share, which is a 34% premium over the trading price. And assume no other bids surface.

How does CLL stop this offer? Again, because of the dilution many stock holders have a cost well under $4 so this may seem like a good deal for a quick return. Many more may accept simply out of frustration. In the last three months the volume has been 70 Million shares.

Sometimes the market just works that way.
