good morning john, you bring up an interesting point...please explain, IN DETAIL, the LEGAL REQUIREMENTS of brand new, just forming, o.t.c., non reporting, continuing to build from base companies...if indeed there are any legal requirements at this time...
also, please explain the difficiencies in this case as you see them....
LEGALLY ONLY...legally...not "wishes"...not "hope for"...not "i think it ought to be", or any of that kind of thing...legally...by the book...
