Other than NAFTA, how is Clinton remotely responsible for DOW 8800? Raising taxes? Scaring the crap out of investors with his fascist (literally) health plan? You will note that the steep rise in the stock market occurred after the 1994 elections. America will survive and prosper the end of Clinton whenever that occurs. The real question is can it survive Gore.
