Well written. When Buddists start planting roadside bombs and Hundu's strap on suicide belts for freedom, then we can evaluate the degree to which each is relevant to foreign affairs. If they are only pressing for a new neighborhood swimming pool, then it is not important except for in a humanitarian sense.
