Thanks Janice...I've DL'ed the three files but haven't had the time to look them over yet. Do you need Adobe Acrobat? There's a couple of sites out here to DL from. "Can you imagine what'd happen to the tech stocks if the telcos get their way?" Not only that but the whole WWW industry. If the FCC is out of juristiction on this we will have to petition at the State level... I'm going to start now. John
