One would have thought the "E" would have a contrary effect, it went on on Dec. 10, and fell to 1/16, till 2 days of increases to 0.33. Why? "E" indicates an eligibility deficiency for an OTC BB stock, maybe they filed but can find no indication of filing. otcbb.com Have tried to contact company to no avail. Also there has been a lot of discussion lately with respect to downloading music on the net, and maintaining copyright protection, does ISDN have the technology? This is purely speculation. Ian A.
