Hey KTEL and NAVR fans, here is an overlooked internet play where the main business is a full-service, high-speed, all digital Internet Service Provider, which is also involved in developing a high-speed network for Voice Over IP reduced rate long distance telephone service on a dedicated network. Their subsidiary, On-Line Entertainment Network (http://www.oen.com) has an agreement with Time Warner to sample as well as sell their products on line.

I currently have a call into the CEO, but for less than a buck this looks like an undervalued play.
