To me, selling the movie and becoming a reporting company are 2 separate events. Since the company is now compiling the documents, we can assume the period being reported on is either the 2nd quarter(ends 10/31) or the 3rd quarter (ends 1/31). Numbers from the sale of "Speedway" aren't going to be included in either report. I suspect the company does not know which is going to happen first, reporting or the sale. Regards, Suzanne
