Prudential Securities Technology Analyst Ellen Chae
Launches Research Coverage

NEW YORK, Feb. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Prudential Securities Incorporated announced
today that Ellen Chae has launched research coverage on the Electronic Manufacturing Services sector for the Prudential Volpe
Technology Group in San Francisco. She will provide research coverage of Sci Systems (SCI), Flextronics International
(FLEX), Celestica Inc. (CLS), Jabil Circuit (JBL), Solectron Corp. (SLR) and Sanmina Corp. (SANM).

Before joining the emerging analyst program in August 1998, Ms. Chae was an associate analyst in Prudential Securities' PC
Hardware and Data Storage Research Group. Previously, Ms. Chae was an associate analyst at Lehman Brothers where she
also covered the PC hardware and data storage industries.

Ms. Chae, age 31, received her Master's Degree in Management, with a concentration in finance, from the Kellogg Graduate
School of Management in Evanston, IL, in 1997, and her A.B. in Political Science from Northampton, MA, in 1990.
