lets keep it all in perspective ...... it is my understanding that this system at the moment is for 3rd world countrys not in the current plans for USA ....it's not a rocket into space ...it is a affordable priced system that can be upgraded... it is hiTech delivered loTech?? .... major communication company in the USA have millions of $$ tied up in their current systems and R&D $$ into future systems and they tend to go high tech delivered hi tech with BIGGER is BETTER??.. at some point they will notice PLFM ...in the USA we want a system that is usable anywhere we go in the US ... i think over in brazil they are looking to add to their local phone service and add phone service to areas where population is very low ..not to get a cell phone and roam around the whole country though that would be a plus if they can do it ...in alot of south american countrys you have to wait 6mos to a year to get a phone line in !!!!! (also in ITALY there is a 6mos wait) ..... i'm not so sure if the major press would be that interested in a system that is not for the USA ..the BAAT test was for CARS and could benefit the USA public ....... now the buisness press, some type of technical press should be interested or been invited to the test .......... will the aviation write up on PLFM that is supposed to be this week cover the test??
