General Information:

Platforms International Corp. develops Airborne Relay Communications (ARC) system which is expected to provide telecommunication service to Brazil and other countries in the near future.

ARC system was successfully demonstrated on May 1st at ADC Telecommunication (NASDAQ:ADCT) San Diego facilities. Representatives from Telesp, Cramtel, and the Brazilian Congress observed the demonstration.

The $4 Billion dollar telecommunication company ADC has become the project manager, consultant and a strategic partner in the business development of Platforms' ARC System.

PLFM's Brazil partner Telesp is the largest and most important carrier in the Telebras System. Telesp was the successful bidder for the Sao Paulo area in the privatization of Telebras (TBR). Telesp consortium consists of BellSouth (BLS), Safta Bank, RBS TV, Sao Paulo Newspaper.
