Which question is that? If you read the news, it is an option to buy but what has really happened is that a company out of London has bought 52% of the company and are now the controlling partners. This is supposed to be announced in the form of a letter to all shareholders before any news comes out. This only seems fair to let its employees and shareholders know before the public knows.
