**THE REVERSE MERGER DEAL HAS FALLEN APART.

The reverse merger has not fallen apart. If it had fallen apart would the SEC be allowing panam to be trading under the symbol prwt?

** PRWT HAS ATLEAST 750 MILLION AUTHORIZED SHARES.

I thought if was 609 million but from the way it moves I would say a big part of the shares are being held by insiders and longs.

** PAN AM REFUSES TO RELEASE A 10Q AS PREVIOUSLY PROMISED.

Will release the 10q as soon as it has finished with merger negotiations it is involved in.

**JOHNNY HAS NOT ADDED ANY MORE STATES TO INSIDER TRADING AS PREVIOUSLY PROMISED.

this is one I can't answer because I don't know. I do know that IT seems to be doing just fine without these additional states right now.

LOL. When a co.borrowes 6 Million dollars it usually means they are having some type of cash flow problem.

**SEVERAL INVESTORS RELATIONS PEOPLE OVER THE LAST SIX MONTHS HAVE QUIT, RESIGNED OR WERE TRANSFERRED.

There has only been one investor relations person at prwt and yes she did leave the company. They rest of the people that might have been taking over answering investor inquiries held other positions in the company and still do.
