How many shares were sold which come under the requirements of a 144? 2. By whom were these shares sold? 3. What were the dates of these transactions? If you come up with these data, then I will personally aid you in properly filing the appropriate paperwork with the SEC to extract proper measure of penalty, but without these data, I believe that all you have is another subjective unfounded guess.
