Well it is hard to know any of that information now isn't Legal? The reports are that shares came off of restriction and then there is the observation that there was some dumping in the market. These are both second hand pieces of information, as I am sure that you know. So in actual fact there is not even the knowledge as to whether the dumper of the shares in December was an insider subject to reporting requirements or an unrelated individual. Oh darn, and no financial filings for PRWT to clarify any of this. A 10-K that covered the merger period would probably be enough to sort this out. But John and Merv don't have to they say, so no filing it is. In the immortal words of Marie Antoinette "Let them eat cake."
