Great post barbara I was just looking at those PR's myself. PanAmerican BanCorp. (NASDAQ BB: PRWT - news)this was a November PR,the July 8 PR was titled PanAmerican Bancorp/PRWT (NASDAQ BB: PRWT- news). You can see that if they were not the same company it should be as the July PR but it's not.So I would say that some were between July 8 and November they became one. This is JMO but I think we PRWT share holder are just fine and great news will be comimg soon. JCNelson
