Hi Bob: Yes $$$ is “going to be” invested, some time in future. Next quarter or next year. In the meantime in this part of the Pres election cycle, $$$ is being constricted by States or Universities violating federal laws, DOGE cuts from waste, fraud, etc., and less spending on wars around the world. Biden was given a green light to print and spend more. Trump is not printing and spending more. So the charts that Kirk posted reflect this current reality. Corporate investment and tariff response outcomes are forth coming. It’s going to eventually happen, but it’s not happening right now. It seems your dividend approach is a sound one!
