ND is the industrial stocks that don't make it into the DOW INDU. Very often, buy/sell programs can be indicated by watching this index as it draws straight lines for me, and the DMI lines are also pretty straight while this is going on. But doesn't look like any buy program yet, probably too early, 11:40 not a usual time for buy programs. Looks like we are still heading down as per ND, NDX, INDU,XOI, RUT, NF, NNA, TRAN indexes. I watch these key indexes like a hawk. Advance/decline not lukin too good either.
