Are you sure emini options are traded electronically? (I don't know) >>reported as filled on Quotecom also You may have seen your price tic but that is not a guarantee that it was your trade. To dispute the lack of fill, I would think you'll have to take your broker through arbitration. ps, I'd be pissed.
