Or maybe it's a deliberate attempt at rattling Saddam's cage.

Gaming it out, my guess is that the pending resolution is acceptable to the US and France, and that China and Russia will abstain, and it will pass.

The wild card is Saddam -- what will he do? Does he think we are bluffing? Will he try to call what he perceives as our bluff?

Do a google search using "queen's order" and "daily telegraph," and you'll see it got a lot of attention.

If it's disinformation, blame MI6, not the reporter.
