Downside is very minimal ??? How exactly did you come to that opinion ? Have you checked out the Feb. earnings ? It sucked. The company is trying to turn the corner with the suredeals.com, online auction and OTT. If they execute this plan correctly, then they have a chance to make a nice turn-around. If not, then the down-side is very real and an investment in CDSC should be treated as a risk/speculative investment. That's how I see it and I'm willing to take that chance. Let's be honest here, it's the e-commerce and on-line auction release that makes CDSC attractive right now. Nothing else.
