"Cumetrix Data Systems buys and resells computer hardware and software to value-added resellers, system integrators, original equipment manufacturers, independent software vendors, governmental agencies, and corporations. It also assembles custom computer systems for its customers. It intends to use its Automated Custom System Assembly Solution, which incorporates proprietary software, to offer customers fully automated systems integration and configuration.

Scheduled to IPO the week of 3/30/98.
