Here is the PR announcing opening:
Cumetrix Launches 'Suredeals.com' Internet Shopping Site; New Web Site Targets Home and Business Buyers Seeking Quality Products, On-Line Convenience and Discount Pricing

INDUSTRY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 25, 1999--Cumetrix Data Systems Corp. (Nasdaq:CDSC), a national distributor of computer equipment and provider of system configuration services, announced today that its Internet shopping site, "Suredeals.com," is now available to online consumers and business buyers.

The site is located at www.suredeals.com.

Max Toghraie, chief executive officer of Cumetrix commented, "We are launching the site with an array of computer-related products and peripherals which we believe reflects the strongest area of consumer demand, including fully configured home and business computer systems. An additional feature of the site is an on-line configuration engine that allows users to custom build their PCs selecting from a menu of components and manufacturers. We will continue to enhance the site on an ongoing basis to incorporate the latest e-commerce functionality and usability features."

He continued, "We feel that Suredeals.com is well positioned to compete effectively by aggressively pricing quality products with a high focus on customer service. We believe that our competitive advantage is in that we are an integrated distribution and marketing company with industry relationships which allows us to be more efficient and cost effective than typical on-line retailers who generally obtain their products through links from other distributors or resellers.

"The second phase of Cumetrix's Internet commerce strategy will include expansion of Suredeals.com as well as introduction of our auction web site, 'Sureauctions.com.' The expansion of Suredeals.com will add other product and service categories including travel related services, music CDs and optical related products such as eyewear. 'Sureauctions.com' will offer a wide range of computer products as well as other merchandise categories in the popular auction format."

He concluded, "Following our investment in Online Transaction Technologies, Inc., 'Suredeals.com' is the second venture of our wholly-owned Internet subsidiary and represents the start of an entirely new and exciting direction for Cumetrix. It is also a major step forward in transitioning Cumetrix from a traditional system configuration and distribution operation into a dynamic Internet marketing company as we aim to establish 'Suredeals.com' as leading provider of quality products at some of the lowers prices on the internet.
