Today's response in WEL is consistent vis the 'atmosphere'. I've interpreted this as the 'rumor'...in anticipation of the 'news' (news = actual outbreak of fighting). I've followed the dictum of selling on the rumor (@ $1.30), as opposed to the news, thereby securing a decent profit in a short period. A healthy fraction of the proceeds went into the '04 warrants of Rockwell Medical Technologies (RMTIW) in light of the RMTI's recent profit announcement.
