It one of the cheapest software stocks around, priced, on a relative basis, like the company is in a rapid decline - which it was last quarter. I suspect (but not sure) that their earnings/sales decline is simply due to the difficulties of upgrading to R13 (needs Windows'95 or NT; a Pentium machine - not an easy jump from DOS). Does anyone have a feel for the desirability and potential of R13 in the marketplace? Thanks.
