Hey, Barb, I've been watching the trades bang off on PRWT for the last 5 days. Looks to me like the main Market makers are waiting to fill buy orders with shares that people sell. Usually they just go ahead and fill the order and then cover the shares later when someone sells. Not the case here, yet they aren't dropping the bid. So what's your take on this. Why would they not short the shares out to fill all of the buy orders lined up?
