.lets assume the company has shares that they can sell now...nobody in their right mind, in that position, would be selling them now...they do have a certain amount of control...i.e. they can release something to make the price go up, even a little, and then sell for more.
well, technically speaking donald, the "company" is not selling shares, rather the possibility that it is an "insider", or a person(s) with a large number of shares. And well, let's see, John and partners have been reported as having purchased 400 MILLION shares for .001 cents (an older yahoo post) and it too has been reported that Gus (the original CEO of purewater) had at one time 100 MILLION (to which he has admitted to posters that he sold some into the July rally)... so, we know that at least one person has admitted to having sold into our buying frenzies.
sooooo... let's go by your idea and see what we come up with... let's just say 8 MILLION shares were "dumped" at 1.8 cents, this would net a person, $144K dollars, and this said person might have paid...$8K dollars for this same amount of shares. This would net the person with a PROFIT of $136,000 not too shabby.
Of course, we don't know for a fact that this transaction may have taken place. Darn those missing financials |
